Goodwind's
Kites reserves the right to change prices at any time due to supplier, factory-increased
cost. Policies, prices and availability of products are subject to change without
notice. Product descriptions, pictures, and availability are provided with intent
of accuracy; however, Goodwind's Kites is not liable for errors, omissions,
or misrepresentations.
Our
pricing structure is based on quantity discount. The more you order of a specific
item the less you pay for that item per order.
Washington
State retail customers will pay 8.8% sales tax on all orders.
We
offer wholesale and retail pricing. Wholesale
pricing is available only to those customers that have a wholesale
account with Goodwind's Kites.
To
set up a wholesale account,
download and fill out our
Washington
State Resale Certificate.
Please include your tax ID
or resale number along with contact information (email address/phone number) and return
it completed to Goodwind's
Kites. If you prefer,
we can mail or fax a copy
to you. Once your account
is set up, you will be given
a 7-digit account number.
Please record or save this
number to use as your wholesale
login number. Login with
this number to view wholesale
pricing and place orders
online as a wholesale customer. For new wholesale customers, we require pre-pay on your first wholesale order.
In
addition to placing orders Online, customers can telephone or fax their orders
to Goodwind's Kites. When placing an order please provide your account number
if you have one, a phone number you can be reached at, and the name of the person
placing the order. For each item on your order please specify the item's six-digit
inventory number, a brief description of the item, and the quantity you need.
We will also need shipping and billing information if you are a new
customer.

accept orders submitted by
email at info@goodwindskites.com.
All orders are processed
within 2 to 4 days time if all items are in stock.
Back
Orders
If
we do not have items at the time of processing your order, they will be placed
on back order. We will send a notice indicating the items on backorder along
with your invoice. If you have items that we're back ordered, please check back with us to see if they are available and we will ship at your request. Sometimes it can get pretty busy around here, so if you have not heard from us regarding your backorder please don't hesitate to drop us a line.
Payment
Terms
We
accept Visa, Master Card, or American
Express. Credit card charges are not processed through the web. We
run all charges by hand through a credit card machine. Credit card payments
will be processed when order is shipped.
Wholesale
orders paid with credit card will be subject to an additional 3.25% handling
fee of the total invoice amount. Goodwind's Kites accepts prepayment with business
checks, money orders, and cashiers check but will withhold shipment until funds
are cleared.
Wholesale
customers can apply for credit
with Goodwind's Kites by
downloading and filling out
our Application
for Credit Form.
Print out and complete
this form then fax or mail
it to Goodwind's
Kites.
Orders
will be shipped C.O.D. or Pre-Pay until credit is approved, which takes approximately 30 days after references are submitted. Net 15 days will
be extended at Goodwind's Kites discretion. Failure to pay credit accounts on
time will result in immediate loss of credit status.
Payments
should be made from the invoice, a statement will be sent by special request
only.
Late
Fees And Penalties
A
late payment charge of 1.5%(annual percentage rate of 18%) shall be charged
on all past due accounts. If the foregoing charges exceed the rate, which may
be lawfully charged under applicable law, then such charges shall be calculated
so as not to exceed the highest lawful interest. The customer shall pay all
costs incurred in the collection of any past due accounts, including all collection
agency fees courts costs, and attorney Fees as well as interest accrued.
Unpaid
invoices are considered past due after 31 days of the invoice date. Unpaid invoices
that exceed 45 days of the invoice date will be placed on COD status until the
unpaid balance is cleared. In addition, all discounts or special arrangements
(i.e., special terms or fee freight) will be void, and the entire total must
be paid before any further orders can be placed. A $20.00 NSF fee will
be applied to all returned checks.
Wholesale
Minimum Order
We require a minimum of $150.00 or more for all wholesale orders. If your wholesale order falls below the minimum, your order will be billed at retail pricing.
International
Orders And Shipping
All International shipping will be done by Global Express Mail through the United States Post Office.
Check your customs before ordering. Please understand the following before you order. We will not be responsible if your country refuses to let the package in for any reason. If this should happen and the package is returned to us we will refund the purchase price less the shipping. All
International orders must be prepaid and will be shipped upon confirmation of
payment by wire transfer. Shipping and Handling are not reflected during checkout
processes. We charge actual shipping, insurance, and handling fees for these
orders. Any Tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver of the
goods. Orders can be placed Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm (Pacific Standard

Due to the high amount of credit card fraud Goodwind's Kites will not accept orders originating from or being shipped to the following countries:

Goodwind's Kites will not ship to the following
countries because they are on the U.S. Department of Treasury sanction list:

Track
Shipping
If your order is shipped via UPS or United States Post Office, you will be able
to track it. Once you order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you
an email conformation and provide you with a tracking number. Click on the tracking
number and it will link you to the appropriate tracking page. Once you are there,
follow the instructions to track your order. If you already have your tracking
number, click on the appropriate link below.
Wholesale
Shipping
Goodwind's
Kites ships via UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping and
Handling charges are not reflected during checkout processes for Wholesale customers.
We charge actual shipping, insurance and a handling fee which is 33% of the actual shipping cost for wholesale orders.
Other
methods of shipping are available at customer's request, but will be subject
to additional handling fees. On all COD orders, UPS requires a service charge
of $10.00 per COD tag. A $7.00 service charge will be applied to all drop ship
requests. Shipping address must be given at time of order.
UPS
does not accept P.O. Box addresses. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska are Blue
Label or U.S. Post office. For wholesale customers,
shipping will be calculated after order is processed.
At
customers request we can provide total invoice amount with shipping before order
is sent.

Shipping
Shipping
will be via UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping is calculated
by purchase amount (rates are subject to change). Charges indicate only those
shipments within the Contiguous United States. Express shipping
is available at customer's expense. Cost will be determined by Size and Weight.
Due
to the nature of the products we carry, some packages may require extra shipping
fees. We reserve the right to add these fees to your order. Multiple box shipments
may also require extra shipping fees. Orders will leave our warehouse the same
or next working day. Delays may occur during busy periods. Your order goes out
in the order it is received.

Returns
If
you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it with a copy of the original
invoice. Any products that required custom cutting to size as well as fabric and materials cut by the yard are not returnable.
We will accept returns for all items that are in good, unused and re-sellable
condition. The customer has 15 days from the receipt of the item to return it
to Goodwinds Kites. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and shipping
charges will not be refunded.
When
returning items please send via UPS or U.S. Post Office (parcel post) and make
sure to properly insure the items. All returns are subject to 15% restocking
fee.
